Phoenix Whistleblowing Software has 2 levels of user access and permissions. The first level access is provided by the SaaS Administrator (the user who bought the subscription). The administrator registers the users and assigns them a role: Manager, Operator and Agent. Then each role has its own set of permissions. The second level provides a full access control list for every disclosure.
Is it possible to use Phoenix as white-label solution?
Yes. it is possible; however, this is only available in our Premium package. In all other packages, the logo Phoenix remains visible at the top of the page.
Can I upgrade or modify my Phoenix Whistleblowing Software package later?
